Our idea is to make the most out of the “0 Km” concept, a vision in which the products’ authenticity, genuineness and traceability represent the cornerstones of our offer.
Paestum has a rich and fertile area of rare beauty where a dense network of producers passes down its ancestral heritage, made of knowledge and respect for the land, from one generation to another.

My own concept of cuisine is simple: I love immediate things, things that can convey something without further or preliminary explanations. That’s how my cuisine is: straightforward.
