We celebrate our first ten years

Osteria Arbustico was born in November 2011 from the bet of two brothers Cristian and Tomas Torsiello in their small native town, Valva. A journey made of unconditional love for the territory and valorisation of the raw material; it started started from the upper Valle del Sele, in the hinterland of Salernitano and then moved on the Cilento coast of Paestum where on 11 November 2021 Osteria Arbustico celebrated its first ten years.

A doubly special birthday celebrated on the occasion of the annual event, the dinner dedicated to the White Truffle, this year accompanied by four labels Mosnel Franciacorta. With a 5-course tasting menu designed for the occasion, Chef Cristian Torsiello guided the guests through a gastronomic experience in which the white truffle was the absolute protagonist.
